Hypnosis
What is it?
01
An ancient discipline
Hypnosis is a discipline practiced for hundreds or even thousands of years to address various subjects. We can find traces of its use in ancient Egypt, even before the term 'hypnosis' was created to designate it.
Despite its long history, hypnosis is sometimes mistakenly conflated with stage hypnosis, contributing to a potentially negative perception. This misconception may have led to the belief that hypnosis can make anyone do anything. On the contrary, in a hypnotic state, individuals often experience an enhanced awareness of their reality and an improvement in their ability to act.
02
A better understanding of how it works
Hypnosis enables us to establish connections with the unconscious mind and optimize the use of our brain. It empowers individuals to address behaviors, beliefs and emotions that are not beneficial for them and build more positive ones for better well-being. A parallel can be drawn with updating computer programs.
03
An ally for change
Hypnosis is effective for addressing various themes such as fears, moments of doubt, stress management, sleep disorders, weight loss, improving self-confidence, developing creativity, and pain.

If you find yourself stuck in a situation, struggling to change a behavior, seeking to overcome fears, break free from an addiction, enhance your confidence, or simply achieve deep relaxation, hypnosis is a highly adaptable and effective method.

However, it's important to note that hypnosis is a complementary approach and cannot replace medical treatment. It should also be recognized that it is not a miracle solution.

Some illustrations of the use of hypnosis
Hypnosis is suitable for a broad audience, irrespective of age. This gentle method is designed for people seeking positive changes in their lives through the exploration of their unconscious. Whether children, adolescents, adults, couples, or the elderly.
NB: I am not a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist.
I cannot make diagnoses or prescribe medications. My role is not intended to replace health professionals, but rather to work in collaboration with them in certain situations to offer more appropriate support. It is essential to emphasize that hypnotherapy focuses on well-being and personal development, and not the medical field.
